Complicate Orb Icon

This will be the last tutorial of creating Icon from me. This tutorial will teach you doing more complicate button icon or Orb effect Icon using Illustrator. This is quite a long tutorial. So, let's start!
1. Let's draw 3 different size circle. Make sure that they are not filled.Tips: Using Ctrl+C and Ctrl+F will make it easier.
2. Filled the smallest circle with gradient. Tone Color I'm using is m100 y100 k50 to m100 y100. Make sure the gradient type is RADIAL.
3. Lets make another 4th circle.

4. Let's Draw a curve using pen tool.

5. Position the curve on top the 4th circle. Select both the 4th circle (smallest) and the curve together. Select Pathfinder Window. Click on the DIVIDE. After deviding the 4th circle. BREAK it using Ctrl+Shift +G
6. Select the upper part, gradient it with White to Black (Full). What I mean full BLACK is c100 m100 y100 k100. Please take note on this. It is very important. Make sure the gradient Type is LINEAR. Angle to 270 degrees. Select the dot between the gradient and change the location to 65%.

7. For the bottom part, fill with the same gradient. White to Black Full with the angle 90 degree.

8. Select the upper part. At the transparency window, change the attribute to Screen. Oppacity 80%.

9. Same as the above, the bottom part change the atribute to Multiply. You can also try this with SCREEN. Opacity 10%.
10. Make a elipse and filled it with gradient. White - Black(full) - White. Angle 90 degrees.

11. Change its atribute to SCREEN at transparancy window and opacity to 80%. So, now our button is done 80%.

12. Filled the outer circle with gradient. Color tone is K70 - K10. Angle -30 degree

15. Draw a star using star tool.

16. Lastly, select the screened shape and bring it to font. Ctrl+Shift+]
Hope you enjoy they tutorial!
